REFUND POLICY

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Refund Policy. Refund Policy - the basics 

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. damaged product, manufacturing error or receiving a different color or size from that ordered. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the product delivery. No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of items, based on the orders that come in, and we will not have extras.Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change before the item goes to production.  Once the item has been sent to production no changes to the product can be made.  The vendors we use all have different times before the product reaches production, so there is not a set amount of time where the order might be able to be changed.  The likelihood of being able to change or cancel an order is highest the sooner you're able to contact us. 

If it is decided that a refund is due, it will be the full amount paid less the shipping and return shipping.

How do I go about submitting a refund or reprint request?

Contact us by sending an email to: contact@heatherrosedesigns.comInclude your name, order number, reason for return and a photo showing the reason you're requesting a return.

I haven't received my order yet, and I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

If you need to change details on your order such as size or color, please contact us at contact@heatherrosedesigns.com. Usually, we can make a change if we are a day or more away from printing. However, once the order has been sent to production, we are unable to make any size changes or give any refunds.
